Children leaving school on their last day before Christmas were surprised by a special visit from the Grinch himself.
Nick Denham, 40, from Sonora Fields, near Sittingbourne, picked up his daughter from Grove Park Primary School dressed as the furry green character.
His wife, Kathryn, said: "Nick got the outfit last year.
"When the kids, Francesca, eight, and Isabelle, four, came down on Christmas day, he dressed as the Grinch and they loved it.
"So this year I just asked him to go pick up our eldest daughter from her last day of school on Friday in the costume as well.
"It didn't take much persuading and it was really good fun."
Upon his arrival Nick was dishing out high fives and growing an audience with his cheeky antics.
Kathryn, 42, said: "They were asking for photos with him and they just thought it was brilliant.
"Nick is a bit of a cheeky Grinch. He really got into character and was doing the accent and everything.
"As Isabelle doesn't go to the school yet she wasn't sure what he was doing at first.
"He just wanted to bring some festive cheer at the end of the school term."
The parent's thought it'd be funny to try and embarrass their kids.
Kathryn added: "Francesca was a bit embarrassed at first but then when she saw that everyone thought it was cool she liked it.
"It was just for the kids really, It was nice to see everybody and their faces light up."
Nick isn't the only Grinch to show up on the school-run in Kent.
Daniel Wood, from Baltic Road in Tonbridge, also dressed as the fictional Christmas character to take his daughter to school on a sled.
