A historical high street pub is on the market for £255,000.
The George, in Sittingbourne town centre, has been listed on Rightmove by Fleurets, a leisure property specialist.
This Grade II listed free house, which lies within the Sittingbourne Conservation Area, is described as having a “prominent trading position” with a “character main bar and games area”.
There is also a courtyard beer garden at the back and a “substantial” coach house which is available by separate negotiation.
The period two-storey building has pitched tiled roofs with inset dormer windows.
A Fleurets spokesperson said: “There is access through an archway to one side to the rear of the property for deliveries, etc.
”This archway also provides access to a former two-storey coach house building which is also available, by separate negotiation, with a separate guide price of £120,000 for the freehold interest.”
