Hundreds of young people descended on a Sittingbourne trading estate at the weekend for a rave.
A large group entered an industrial unit for an unlicensed music event on Saturday night at the Trinity Trading Estate.
Police were called at 12.40am on Sunday morning and found up to 300 youngsters partying.
They stopped anyone else from going inside and started to disperse those who were outside, whilst getting those inside to leave peacefully.
Officers worked with British Transport Police to make sure they got home on early Sunday morning trains, as the majority of them came from outside Kent.
They were all gone by 6.30am.
No arrests were made and police are speaking to the owners of the premises to see if any crimes have been committed.
Police superintendant Vaughan Lukey said: “Unlicensed events like this are very disruptive for local communities, and can cause damage to commercial premises, and private property.
"Unoccupied and unmaintained properties can also pose potential and significant dangers to anyone who enters.
“We urge people to only attend lawful and licensed music events and ask parents to ensure they know where their children are and make them aware of the potential dangers and consequences of attending unlicensed events.
“While unlawful events are rare in Kent, residents and business owners are also encouraged to ensure their premises are secure and checked regularly and to report any suspicious activity or instances which may be preparation for a gathering.”
