A short video that two adorable youngsters made to send to their mum has gone viral - with nearly a million views on YouTube.
Last Thursday during half-term week, eight-year-old Ava-Lily and her younger brother Logan, 6, were spending time at their dad’s house in Iwade.
The duo, who both attend Iwade Primary, decided to make a short video of themselves to send to their mum Sasha Carrington-Moss who was at her home on the Isle of Sheppey.
Video: The clip has gone viral... with nearly a million views
In the clip entitled ‘mean vs meaning’, the siblings say hi to their mother before Ava-Lily says their step-brother George is “meaning to say hello”.
Six-year-old George however mishears the word ‘meaning’ and believes he is being called ‘mean’, which he vociferously denies.
The cute clip has already made its way around the world with American talk-show host Ellen DeGeneres posting it on her website.
Mum Sasha, 34, said: “This particular video I found so cute that I uploaded it to Facebook that day.
“On the Sunday night I showed it to their dad who also uploaded it onto his YouTube and from there it went viral hitting 800,000 views in the first day.
“Their grandmother who lives in Trinidad was searching the web when she came across the video on Mashable.com and recognised the grand-kids.
“Friends around the globe started messaging me with links to the video on different sites.
“It’s a real shock - I’ve never had anything like this happen before.”
The YouTube clip could hit the million views mark today, which would be all the more momentous as it is the 10 year anniversary of the day the video sharing website went live.
