A Sittingbourne man has pleaded not guilty to stalking an ex partner.
Ian Cordingely, 43, is accused of standing outside a convenience shop in Wallis Avenue, Maidstone, in December and January when he knew the alleged victim would be walking her child to and from school.
Cordingely, of Cavell Way, denied stalking without fear and alarm or distress at Medway Magistrate's Court on June 12.
He is also accused of breaching a non-molestation order twice within ten days, coming within 100 metres of the alleged victim's Maidstone home.
He denied the charges and was placed on bail.
Chairman of the bench Ashley Lawrence adjourned the case, to be heard at Maidstone Magistrate's Court in August.
