Police are hunting a man who exposed himself on a bridge. It’s the second reported case of indecent exposure in the town within a week.
In the latest incident, police were called at 5.55pm last Friday. A white man aged between 35 and 45 is said to have exposed himself to a woman while standing on a footbridge in Staplehurst Road.
He then reportedly ran off in the direction of Springfield Road. Officers carried out house-to-house enquiries later that evening and investigations are continuing.
It follows reports that a petrol station worker was the victim of indecent exposure as she waited at a bus stop in High Street, Milton, on Monday last week.
Chloe Hutton, 23, was reportedly approached by a driver who asked her to get in his car.
When she refused, he drove away – but returned moments later and began touching himself inappropriately before driving off.
She called police, while her mum, Dawn, alerted two nearby schools and Westlands to the incident.
Miss Hutton described the man, who was driving a BMW, as black and aged between 20 and 30.
