THE name of a 67-year-old man who died after being involved in a collision with a car in a Kent town has been released by police.

Terence Stone, from Sittingbourne, was struck by a black Vauxhall Astra on Highsted Road in the town on Monday, January 15. He suffered fatal injuries.

The cause of the collision is not yet known and police are asking anyone with information to contact the witness appeal line on 01622 798538.
