Clubs chasing Sittingbourne’s best players will need to look elsewhere.
Joint-boss Jim Ward has agreed terms with all this season’s squad as Brickies gear up for life at Woodstock Park.
The likes of goalkeeper Adam Molloy, defender Nick Davis and top scorer Ryan Golding are likely to attract interest after leading the club to the verge of the Ryman League Division 1 South play-offs.
But Ward, pictured, said: “Everyone’s agreed terms for next season. Nobody wants to leave and why would they? We’ve got a great atmosphere at the club.
“Me and Danny (Ward, joint-manager) have a list of six or seven players we’d like to speak to and if we could get two of them in, we’d be happy. We need someone with a presence, a box-to-box player who can control the game and score goals.
“They’re difficult to get with the money we have. The phone’s been ringing but we won’t burden ourselves.”
Bourne finished the season in ninth place after back-to-back defeats.
They were beaten 1-0 by Ramsgate in their final game at Bourne Park on Saturday, three days after a 4-1 away defeat at relegated Walton Casuals.
