Staff at Milton Court Children’s Centre say they are going to have a hard job topping this year’s fun day.
Youngsters and their families enjoyed plenty of activities during Saturday’s event including making fruit kebabs, bean bag throwing, tucking into the food from the barbecue and playing with the sand and water.
Children planted bulbs in the centre’s garden as part of Cbeebies Breathing Places – an initiative by the BBC to encourage schools to grow things.
The centre in Brewery Road has been open two and half years.
Supervisor Gina Albone said: “It was a very good day. We’ve had lovely comments back from the parents. We will have a challenge on our hands to top this year’s event.”
