Students will experience democracy first hand when they hold their own election on Thursday.
Youngsters at The Westlands School, in Westlands Avenue, Sittingbourne, will vote for student representatives from pupil parliament as part of a programme which aims to actively engage students with the electoral process and show them how politics affects their everyday lives.
The candidates are Joshua Marshall (Lab), Abraham Nsibirwa (Cons), James Young (Green) and Sam Cinderey ( Lib Dems).
The winner will be announced on Thursday afternoon.
