Police were called to reports of a disturbance in Mill Way, Sittingbourne on Thursday evening.

A large group congregated after an unknown disturbance took place near McDonald's.

Eyewitnesses reported seeing an injured man in what some believe to have been a road rage incident.

A police spokesman said: "Officers attended and spoke to a man who required medical treatment at the scene but he did not disclose any offences committed against him."
