Alleged sexual assault in Kemsley Recreation Ground, Sittingbourne under investigation

An alleged sexual assault in a recreation ground is being investigated.

Police were called to reports a woman had been sexually assaulted in Kemsley Recreation Ground, Grovehurst Avenue, near Sittingbourne.

It is alleged to have happened between 8.50pm and 9.15pm on Friday (October 4).

Officers were seen in the area the following morning.

Inquiries are ongoing.
