Police have released an e-fit of a man they want to speak to after a woman was assaulted.

The woman reported that as she got into her car in Lower Road, Teynham, at about 7.30am on Monday, March 5 she was approached by an unknown man.

He told her to not make a sound and to get out of the car.

She reported that when she got out of the car, he assaulted her, leaving her with facial injuries.

He then walked away, leaving the 42-year-old on the ground.

The man is described as wearing a black woolly beanie hat. He had grey/blue eyes and a thin face that was clean shaven. He is thought to be about 5ft 9ins.
