Police uncover cannabis factory in East Street, Sittingbourne

About 100 cannabis plants were found growing at a property in Sittingbourne in the early hours.

Officers from the Swale Local Policing Team uncovered the plants in East Street at around 4am.

All plants were seized and equipment dismantled.

At present, no arrests have been made.

Police say inquiries are continuing.
