A road in the centre of Sittingbourne will be closed for three nights next week.

West Street will be closed overnight from Wednesday until Friday, March 15, to allow for resurfacing as part of the Spirit of Sittingbourne regeneration works.

Traffic will be barred between 8pm and 5am, with a signed diversion in place.

The resurfacing works is weather-dependant, and may have to be delayed if the weather is poor.

The Spirit of Sittingbourne is an ongoing regeneration project, involving both Swale council and Quinn Estates, which will deliver £326M of investment in the town over the next 10 years.
