Land behind the town centre is set to go under the hammer.
The site to the rear of 51 High Street, Sittingbourne, which has planning permission to build 10 flats and three houses in two blocks, has a guide price of £300,000 to £320,000.
Each of the terrace houses would comprise an entrance hall, living/dining room and kitchen on the ground floor plus a landing area with two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor.
Six of the flats have been designed with a hall, living/dining room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, two others have the same layout but include a separate study while the remaining couple have two bedrooms.
Interested parties can bid for lot 29 at auction at The Clive Emson Conference Centre, Kent County Showground, Detling, from 11am on Monday, March 24.
