Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe has lent his voice to a fundraising video for a children's hospice charity, proclaiming "a short life should be the fullest of all".
The 29-year-old actor has helped create the Christmas video for Demelza Hospice highlighting how donations this festive season can help change a youngster's life as part of its #FullLife campaign.
Radcliffe, who is vice president for the charity, which provides care and support for terminally-ill children across the county, questions what it means to live a full life in the video.
It then shows a stream of social media shots with popular hashtags from the likes of Instagram and Twitter, such as #OOTD (outfit of the day) #MeTime and #Love.
"Outfit of the day? Those guys have nothing on us," he says.
"And we agree a hard week needs to be rewarded with some me time.
"When it comes to love, we make it the centre of our universe."
He continues: "Everything we do is given with passion, love and care."
The video aims to raise money for Demelza, which has its hospice in Bobbing, near Sittingbourne, and helps care for children with terminal conditions and support loved ones around them.
A donation will help families like mum Glynnis and her teenage daughter Elke, who was starved of oxygen at birth.
Doctors warned Elke may not live to see her first Christmas, but 16 years later she continues to live a life full of love, hope and amazing memories, with the support of Demelza.
Glynnis said: "We know it could be our last Christmas together as a family, but we’ll keep fighting to make sure that, as long as she’s with us, Elke can live the full live she deserves.”
Mr Radcliffe ends the video with the line: "We may not all live a long life, but with your help we can all live a full one."
