A robber wearing a pink glove took £100 and cigarettes from a grocery shop.
He demanded money from the cashier at Premier Stores, in Peel Drive, Sittingbourne, at 1.15pm yesterday (Wednesday).
A second man stood guard by the door.
No weapons were used and nobody was injured.
It is believed the pair, who left the shop on foot, made their way down an alleyway that leads to Elm Grove.
The first man is described as white and around 5ft 10in.
He was wearing dark trousers tucked into his socks, a dark long-sleeved top with horizontal white lines, a black scarf around his face and a pink glove on his right hand.
The other man is described as shorter than the first.
He was wearing black trousers tucked into socks, white trainers, a black hooded top, black gloves with a black scarf around his face.
Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
