Police are appealing for information after reports a woman was sexually assaulted in Windmill Road, Milton Regis.

The 20-year-old was walking home when a man allegedly attempted to pin her against a wall.

However, he let go and ran away after she shouted at him and struggled.

It happened between 10.45am and 11.45am on Monday.

The suspect is described as white, aged between 20 and 29, around 5ft 5ins tall, with short brown hair. He wore a white vest top, a brown hooded top and jeans.
