Three Sittingbourne houses are set to feature on the Channel 4 programme Secret Agent on Friday.
Viewers will see presenter Phil Spencer going into the properties which haven’t been selling, and advising the homeowners how to improve them before holding an open house for potential buyers.
As previously reported, the homes are a two-bedroom terraced cottage in Tunstall Road, Tunstall, a two-bedroom house in Borden Lane, Borden, and a two bedroom Victorian mid-terrace in Harold Road, Sittingbourne.
Work to make the houses more appealing was carried out by Teynham Construction, which is based on the Eurolink Industrial Estate in Sittingbourne.
Director Duncan Friend said: "We were approached by Raise the Roof Productions team to carry out building and landscaping works at a property in Tunstall Road and another at Borden Lane. We were chosen because we are the only company in the area which had been approved by Kent County Council as being a verified member of the KCC Approved Contractor list."
They replaced damaged fencing, landscaped gardens, painted rooms and did some plastering and general carpentry works, with a budget of around £3,000 for each property.
"We have since been approached to do another makeover project starting in the New Year."
The programme will air at 2pm.
