Drivers are in queues of approximately seven miles long following a crash on the M2.

The accident happened on the London bound carriageway between junction 6 Faversham and junction 5 for Sittingbourne.

Highways England has warned it is adding 40 minutes to journey times.

The cars have now been moved to the hard shoulder.
