Highways England say there will be several roads closed in the county overnight so planned works can take place.
The A249 northbound between Stockbury and the B2006 will be closed until 5am.
A fully signed diversion is in place and motorists should follow the 'Hollow Diamond' symbol.
Elsewhere at the Dartford Crossing one tunnel will be closed overnight so planned works can be carried out.
The closure will mean the right-hand tunnel is closed until 05.30am and there is a height limit on the other tunnel.
On the M20 at Junction 4 for West Malling the London-bound entry slip road will also be closed for works to be carried out.
The road will reopen at 6am.
And the coastbound exit slip road at Junction 4 for Rochester and the A228 will also be closed until 6am.
Motorists can divert to Junction 5 forvAylesford and the A20, and turn and return to exit on the London-bound slip road.
