A frantic family who put out an appeal on Facebook in an effort to track down a 15-year-old boy who went missing from Sittingbourne have found him.

The appeal was issued by Sarah Little who was trying to trace her brother Keiron.

He was last seen at 11am yesterday at his home in Murston and had been seen on a train to Sheerness. He had not returned by noon today.

Police were informed but at 1.30pm he was found.

The family has thanked everyone who helped search for him.
