Crash on M2 between Sittingbourne and Faversham causes delays

Delays have eased after an earlier crash on the M2.

The accident happened on the coast-bound stretch between junction 5 for Sittingbourne and 6 for Faversham at around 6pm.

One lane was blocked, causing long tailbacks.

It has since reopened and congestion has cleared.
