The fundraiser, in aid of Cancer Research UK, has been organised by Sabrina Smith as a tribute to her father Graham, 52, who was diagnosed with cancer in 2009.
He won his fight but is undergoing tests to see if it has returned.
Her friend Aimee Willett, 26, who lives in the town, is undergoing treatment for womb cancer.
Sabrina, 27, of Park Road, Sittingbourne, said: “I want to raise awareness and try to help as I have had enough of cancer trying to take my family and friends. It’s our time to fight back.
“The day will try to put a positive spin on this disease by raising funds and awareness.
“We will have an on-site nurse to answer any questions and show people how to check themselves daily for prevention.
“I’d like to raise £25,000. We’re trying to sell 2,500 tickets, the venue will hold another 3,500 people so it’s possible we could reach that amount of money, which would be amazing.”
Admission is £10 for adults, £5 for 11 to 16-year-olds and free for under-11s.
