A four-vehicle accident has left two people injured and lengthy delays on a key commuter route.
Traffic is queuing southbound from Stockbury roundabout on the A249 back to the Bobbing turn-off.
Drivers should expect delays of up to 15 minutes.
Witnesses report seeing ambulances and a fire engine at the scene.
A Kent Police spokesman said: "We were called to a report of a collision involving four vehicles at 4.56pm.
"Officers are attending the A249 by Bobbing along with the South East Coast Ambulance Service. Two people are being taken to a local hospital. Work is ongoing to recover the vehicles."
An an earlier multi-vehicle smash at nearby Stockbury Roundabout is also still being dealt with.
The crash, which happened just before 4pm, was less serious but at 7.30pm police said one lane remained close recovery work was completed.
