A warning has been issued to a motorcyclist for riding their bike along a public footpath.
The Section 59 warning was issued by police officers after they spotted the bike being driven along Ash Path, Teynham, on Sunday, April 25.
If caught again the rider faces having their bike seized by police.
Meanwhile the rider of a nuisance off-road motorbike had his vehicle seized after he drove it on farmland off Abbeyfields in Faversham.
Action was taken by the Faversham Neighbourhood Team after residents raised concerns about motorbikes being ridden in the area in an anti-social manner.
Sgt Dave Smith said: "Hopefully our actions send a clear message to nuisance motorbike riders that their behaviour won’t be tolerated.
"It’s always a very small number of people riding illegally but they often cause a lot of disruption to communities living nearby. This time of year they can also cause untold damage to crops.
"We ask anyone who has a problem with off-road bikes in their area to contact the Faversham Neighbourhood Team on 01795 433004 and we will investigate."
