Police and ambulance crews were called after a car hit a female pedestrian.
Officers received a call at 7.48am to the junction of Staplehurst Road and London Road by the Esso petrol station.
A woman in her 20s was treated for an arm injury at the scene.
She was taken to Medway Maritime Hospital.
