Captain Steve Boxall claims maximum as Kent Kings beat Coventry Storm in National League

Steve Boxall impressed at Central Park, Sittingbourne

Steve Boxall led Kent Kings to their second National League win of the season with a 15-point maximum against Coventry Storm.

Captain Boxall won all five of his heats at Central Park on Monday night as Kent triumphed 54-39.

Benji Compton suffered in his first two rides when his bike failed to start but he hit back with a pair of victories.

Young Devon rider Connor Coles produced his best performance for Kings, returning 8+2, including a win in heat eight.

Ben Morley earned nine points while Dave Mason chipped in with seven as Kent completed an impressive victory.

Kings travel to King's Lynn Young Stars tomorrow (Wednesday).
