Sittingbourne manager Nick Davis knows four points from Walton & Hersham double header will ease drop fears

The euphoria of reaching the League Cup semi-finals is on hold while Sittingbourne concentrate on survival.
Boss Nick Davis wants a minimum of four points from a double header against Ryman League Division 1 South relegation rivals Walton & Hersham.
The sides meet at Woodstock Park on Saturday (3pm), with the return game in Surrey on Tuesday night (7.45pm).
Brickies moved nine points clear of the bottom three with goals from Hicham Akhazzan, on his 400th appearance, Dan Hughes and Steven Ita in a 3-2 win over Whyteleafe on Tuesday night.
They now want to push on against Walton & Hersham.
Davis said: “They’re two very important games and we need at least four points from them.
“They’ve just signed Richard Pacquette, who played in the Football League, and Orlando Smith, who’s a good player, so it looks like they’re throwing some money at trying to stay up.
“It’s unusual playing a side twice in four days but it’s been an unusual season.
“You’d expect them to be similar games but who knows? There’s been shock results all season."
