Boss Aslan Odev is handling the pressure that comes with Sittingbourne's poor form.
He's working hard to turn results around, having won just one league game since September.
It's a run that's seen Bourne slip to 16th in Bostik South East and Odev accepts managers are under scrutiny.
He said: "I'm fine. There's always going to be moments where you're going through it.
"That's part and parcel of the career I've chosen and I feel I'm fully equipped to deal with the situation.
"I just have to keep working as hard as I can and hopefully we can keep improving."
Brickies lost 5-0 at high-flying Hastings on Saturday but the fans are with Odev and his players and the boss remains confident better times are ahead.
He said: "The fans were absolutely fantastic at Hastings, the best I've seen all season, and that's testament to what this club's about.
"When they know the situation's not as good as we want, they sing even louder.
"It gives me inspiration and touches the players' hearts.
"The results are a learning curve for everyone. I feel we've been unfortunate with a few decisions but a referee can't stop us playing well and scoring fantastic goals in open play.
"We take responsibility, we need to fix it and with the players we've got and everything that's in place, I'm sure we'll be fine."
