Sittingbourne have made a late addition to their squad for the final month of the season.
They've signed Kieran Oliver, who made his debut against former club Faversham in a goalless draw on Easter Monday.
Forward Oliver was available after leaving East Grinstead and Brickies moved quickly to sign a player boss Nick Davis knew from his brief spell with the Lilywhites three years ago.
Davis already has four strikers but feels Oliver offers something different.
He said: "He can play up front, in the hole or out on the left.
"He's got good feet, a lovely left foot and he's quick - it was a no-brainer to get him in.
"I remember him from Faversham and he scored lots of goals for the youth side.
"They were even trying to tie him down on a contract at one time where there were clubs sniffing around.
"He ended up on the bench a lot before going to East Grinstead but the travelling didn't suit him.
"He fits the mould here as he's young, local, doesn't cost us huge amounts of money, plus he's still keen to do well."
Brickies are looking to end a run of four games without scoring when they go to Chipstead in Ryman League Division 1 South on Saturday (3pm).
