Sittingbourne can hardly believe their luck after learning they are set to benefit from a new stadium.
Kent Science Park, who own their Woodstock Park home, have announced plans to build a new ground for the Brickies as part of development plans.
Work on the stadium, which would have a 3G pitch, could start as early as next year.
It's exciting news for a club who faced going out of business before leaving Bourne Park for Woodstock two years ago.
Secretary John Pitts said: "Kent Science Park have a 20-year plan but the first phase is to build a football stadium for Sittingbourne FC, so work could start as early as 2016.
"And if that's the case we could be in for the start of 2017-18.
"It all sounds very promising. When we moved from the Bull Ground to Central Park we went from crowds of 90-150 to 1,000-plus. That's what a new stadium can do for a football club.
"It would also help attract players to the club.
"Who wouldn't want to play for a club if there's a new stadium around the corner?
"I understand it would have a 3G pitch, too, which opens up all sorts of possibilities.
"We could run 12 hours a day, seven days a week, which is exactly what we want."
