Nick Davis will continue to give youth a chance at Sittingbourne next season.
Four players with first-team experience were in the under-18 side who came from two goals down to beat Dover 4-2 in the Kent County Cup final on Sunday.
England Schoolboys captain Josh Wisson and Jake Embery were among them, while Jack Steventon would have been involved had he not featured for the first team the day before.
Cup success highlights the talent at the club and boss Davis intends to make the most of it.
He said: "We've shown this season we're a club who give young players a chance and if they do well, they stay in the team.
"Look at Jack Steventon. At 17 he's one of the first names on the teamsheet. We've sat him in front of the back four and he's been fantastic.
"We've got to look in-house and promote from within and give lads an opportunity who want to wear the shirt.
"We'll continue to do that but we also want to protect these lads because you can get burnt out early if you play too much football."
Brickies host Hythe on Saturday (3pm) and Faversham on Tuesday (7.45pm) - both teams looking good for a Ryman League Division 1 South play-off place.
