Striker Adam Williams is targeting 20 goals next season after agreeing a new deal at Sittingbourne.
Defender Conrad Lee has also agreed terms and will sign this week, while boss Nick Davis is confident goalkeeper Adam Molloy will stay at Woodstock Park on reduced money.
Former Ebbsfleet youngster Williams quickly made an impact after Davis plucked him from local league football in London towards the end of last season.
He knew the player from a prolific loan spell at Erith Town that attracted interested from Charlton Athletic.
Davis said: "Adam’s the most naturally gifted finisher at the club and I’m delighted he’s staying
"He’s got attributes we missed when he wasn’t available for a couple of games.
"We had to negotiate a bit on the money. We’ve stayed well within our means but a striker who scores goals is well worth the money.
"He’s had a look at the league now and reckons he’ll score 20 goals next season. It will only help him having a full pre-season with us.
"It wasn’t long ago he was playing in the Conference with Ebbsfleet. He’s had a couple of years in the wilderness but he’s still only 22."
