Get answers to common questions about how subscriptions are used and set up, and why managing your subscription is important.
You can login by pressing the 'Sign In' button located on the right hand side of the main navigation. Select 'Premium Access' tab and you will be shown the login popup.
Resetting your password is quick and easy. Simply click here and on the popup please click 'Forgotten your password?'.
Click here to login to your account. Once logged in click on 'Profile' tab. Here you can update your email address and view your personal information.
You can pay online using Visa, American Express, Mastercard and Direct Debit.
You can update your details within your online account. Simply login to your account and change your details.
For App-only subscriptions, no physical items will be sent out. You will have digital access once you create an account and purchase a subscription
You can redeem the offer code on the basket stage. Simply apply the offer code within the subscription payment popup window. You will see the updated price.
Yes! Please click on 'Get Started' in the Gift Subscription section above. You will be shown a popup asking you to register or login to you account. You will be shown a popup window which will ask for the recipients name, email and message. You can also schedule when you would like the gift to be sent to the person.
At the bottom or top of the emails we send you, you will see an unsubscribe button. Once clicked, you will be automatically remove you from our mailing list.
Click here to sign into your account. Once logged in you will see your account where you can view, update your details, amend and manage your subscriptions.
Subscriptions are renewed on a yearly or monthly basis and the payment is taken by Direct Debit and Card Payments. Click here to view your subscription renewal status and manage your renewal.
You can update your payment method in your online account. Simply login to your account and click Payment methods tab.

Some of our subscriptions have a minimum term set. Please check this on your original order email.

You will be shown an 'Upgrade' button in your my account section if you have an eligble product. You will then be guided through the upgrade process.
Your old subscription will be cancelled immediately, and your new subscription will begin right away. If you paid for an annual subscription, any unused whole months will be refunded to you separately via your original payment method - this normally takes a couple of days.
Your existing account will be carried forward to your new subscription, so there is no need to update your login details. Your login details will stay the same.
Yes! A group subscription offers access to the same products as our other digital subscriptions, but gives you the opportunity to add additional people to your subscription. You control who has access, and each person will receive an welcome email asking them to create an account.
What Group Subscriptions are available?
You will need to purchase any of the following subscriptions to allow sharing of your subscrption. Our Friends & Family subscriptions allow you to share your subscription with up to four other people. Our Business subscriptions allow you to share a subscription with your colleagues.
Main subscription user
Once you reach the payment popup on a valid group subscription you will need to complete your card details for payment. Once done, you will be shown a screen where you add an email address and name of the people you wish to add to your subscription. The person you shared the subscription with will get an email explaining how they can access/redeem and register for account.
You can manage the shared subscription at anytime within your account. Simply log in to your account and click on the 'Library' tab. Once done, you can click on the 'manage' 'button and then 'Manage shared accounts'. You should now be able to edit, remove and add other shared accounts.
Child subscription user
The child subscription person will recieve an email asking them to set up their account and redeem the subscription so they can gain access to the site. Please follow the instructions within the email. Once you have activated your account you will be able to manage your subscription on the My account page.All of our Digital+ and Voucher subscriptions include access to our Premium ad-free websites. These contain the same breaking news content as our regular websites, plus additional exclusive content.

Once you are logged in, you will be directed to the homepage for the website. We recommend adding a bookmark to your browser or the home screen of your mobile device to quickly access your favourite premium sites on your next visit.
The recipient of your message will receive a link to the regular website, so they will be able to read the article without a subscription, unless it is subscriber-exclusive content, in which case they will also need a subscription.
