Fire crews tackled a blaze involving 170 bales of hay this morning,

The incident happened in Swan Street, Wittersham, and crews arrived at the scene at 7.20am.

Two appliances were sent to tackle the fire and crews left the scene just after 8am.

There were no reported casualties.
