Four fire engines used to tackle Bethersden workshop fire

A workshop in Bethersden has been completely destroyed after a fire.
Four fire engines attended the scene after reports of a fire last night.
Fire crews used three high pressure hose reels, two main jets, a short extension ladder and other tools to tackle the blaze.
A water shuttle was also in operation.
The blaze destroyed the workshop and its contents, caused damage to an ISO container and also affected a small part of the surrounding fence and structure.
The fire was extinguished by 8pm and crews continued damping down and turning over, they left the scene by 9.46pm.
