Women warned as Kent Police look for flasher at Drury Road, Tenterden

Women and girls have been warned about a flasher who was seen lurking by an old railway track.

Police confirmed they have received a complaint about a man seen exposing himself.

A spokesman said: "I can confirm Kent Police received a report of a man exposing himself in the woods near Drury Road, Tenterden, at around 3pm on Sunday afternoon.

"Officers carried out a search but could not find the man. He is described as a tanned man in his 20s with short black hair and was wearing a navy jacket and loose fitting jeans."

Peter Williams, who lives in Tenterden, took to Twitter to tell girls to be on their guard.

He tweeted: "Man exposing himself to females on old railway track near Turners Field. Be careful please."

Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101 quoting crime number ZY/13444/16.
