A mum says her Christmas present plans are in chaos after deliveries from myHermes failed to turn up.
Charlotte Walters, a mum of three, ordered a £100 leather jacket from Debenhams, plus a £30 Estee Lauder cosmetics set on November 28.
But the 29-year-old who lives in Rolvenden says the jacket was never delivered to her home and she has been forced to re order it four times.
myHermes has been unable to provide a signature proving delivery of the parcel.
Charlotte said: "There are problems all over the TN17 area. Friends of mine have ordered Hatchimals from Toys R Us and they haven't arrived. The toy is so popular it can't be re-ordered as it will be out of stock."
She added: "It's impossible to speak to a person at myHermes as the system is automated and my questions on their Facebook page have not been answered."
The mum also claims that empty, ripped packages with myHermes cards have been discovered in a ditch in the village.
Residents on the Cranbrook Chat Facebook page have echoed Charlotte's concerns about packages going missing in the area.
Charlotte's Estee Lauder gift set was eventually delivered in a battered package that had been ripped open.
She said she will be picking up the fourth replacement for the leather jacket in person. "I have ordered the jacket through click and collect this time and will pick it up myself from Debenhams in Ashford. I thought I would be organised for Christmas by ordering my presents online but there have been so many problems.
"It's too much of a risk to ask for another delivery by myHermes."
Mum Alison Gooch, who lives in Bethersden, says myHermes' tracking showed two parcels one containing a jumper from Boden and the other trainers from Galaxy Sports, as being delivered to her home at 4.14pm on Saturday, but neither arrived.
Mrs Gooch said: "I was home at that time with my dog who barks like mad when anyone comes near the house and nobody came to the door.
"My daughter ordered make up from Beauty Base, which was due to be delivered by myHermes and has also not arrived.
"I've never had any deliveries go missing in the past so something strange is going on."
A spokesman for myHermes said: “Any issues with regards to deliveries in the local area have now been resolved. We apologise to those affected for any inconvenience caused.”
