Masterchef host Gregg Wallace left his fans amazed after posting a picture of his garden on social media.

The TV star, who lives in a £1 million mansion in Biddenden, near Tenterden, posted a snap of his outdoor area commenting the weather was “very grey and wet”.

However, the 59-year-old’s followers were more interested in the size of his garden than the recent downpour, with some claiming it “looks like a park”.

The picture showed a paved patio with a stone column wall and a huge lawn surrounded by trees.

Instagram user, JulesMegan29 commented: “Your garden looks like a park.

“I love it.”

Billsy85 added: “What a lovely outlook … lots of space.”

CherylLouise went on: “Spring is just around the corner and your garden will look beautiful again.”

The farmhouse has five bedrooms, three reception rooms, a master bedroom suite, a stunning kitchen breakfast room, five acres, stables and a pond.

The TV chef’s home is surrounded by picturesque country views and boasts a cosy living room with a traditional log fire.

Four times married Wallace purchased Priory Wood Farmhouse with his wife Anne-Marie, and their son Sid in 2017.

The pair married in August 2016 and MasterChef co-host John Torode served as best man at the wedding at Hever Castle.

Wallace also previously lived in Seasalter, near Whitstable.

Earlier this month, Wallace hit back at the “nasty” backlash he received over his Saturday routine, which has seen him likened to the buffoonish Alan Partridge.

Wallace lifted the lid on his curious weekend activities in a column for a newspaper, prompting ridicule and some hurtful remarks on social media.

In a guest column for The Telegraph, which was labelled “bizarre” and saw readers compare him to Steve Coogan's comedy character, Alan Partridge, Gregg says he kicks off each day of the week by waking at 5am and reading. At the time of writing, he said he is perusing A Gentleman in Moscow by Amor Towles.
