Two people have been arrested after police uncovered a cannabis factory, with more than 200 plants, at a home in Manston.
Officers carried out a raid in the High Street and seized cannabis worth an estimated street value of £2,000, along with an additional 200 plants of varying sizes.
Cultivation equipment and a quantity of cash was also found.
Thanet inspector Stuart Norris said: "A substantial number of plants were recovered as a result of intelligence we received and our investigation is continuing.
"Our officers work hard to disrupt the supply of drugs into the community and I hope this gives people the confidence to report any drug-related activity near them."
A 40-year-old man from Ramsgate was arrested on suspicion of producing a controlled drug and abstracting electricity.
A 41-year-old woman from Ramsgate was also arrested on suspicion of producing a controlled drug.
Both were later released on bail until February 2 while further enquiries take place.
The warrant was carried out on Monday, November 30.
