The air ambulance has landed on the Kent coast after reports a woman has fallen from a cliff.
It has been at the scene along with paramedics in road ambulances, near Joss Bay in Broadstairs.
Ramsgate RNLI lifeboat also attended the scene.
A spokesman said: "We were called at about 1.39pm, to details of a woman going over the cliffs.
"The air ambulance landed on the beach, and has now taken her to a London hospital, I believe."
It later emerged the woman had fallen over the cliff while riding a bike.
An ambulance service spokesman said: "I can confirm we were called an incident in the North Foreland Hill area of Broadstairs at approximately 1.25pm today in which one person was injured.
"Ambulance crews including our Hazardous Area Response Team attended and were joined at the scene by the air ambulance service.
"The person was treated at the scene and has been airlifted to Kings College Hospital."
