Al Murray's show at Margate Winter Gardens has been cancelled.
The comedian was due to perform his show Landlord of Hope and Glory in Thanet this evening.
But due to maintenance issues at the venue the show has been cancelled.
A statement on Margate Live read: "Margate Winter Gardens sincerely apologise for the late notice and appreciate your understanding at this time.
"We request that you keep hold of your tickets as a new date will be advised soon. A further email will follow once all information is confirmed.
"Please, again, accept our apologies."
The same problems affected Tony Blackburn's BBC Radio 2's Sounds of the 60s show last night.
Fans have been angered by the late notice for both shows.
One Twitter user was annoyed at not hearing from the venue directly.
The venue has asked people to contact the box office via email on boxoffice@yourleisure.uk.com for more information.
