This pair are being hunted after a teenager with cerebral palsy was attacked and had his mobile phone stolen in Broadstairs.

The 16-year-old was grabbed by his shirt and punched in the face as he walked home along Green Lane, near St Michael's Avenue.

Now he has described his attackers and police have released efits of two teenagers they are seeking.

The victim saw three teenagers on the opposite footpath, walking in the same direction, in Millmead Road as he passed Northdown Way.

He crossed the road and, as he walked along Northdown Park Road, saw them behind him stop and start to play football.

The victim then turned into Green Lane and - as he got to the junction near St Michael's Avenue - one of the boys said "give me your mobile phone".

He tried to walk away, but was grabbed by his shirt and then punched on the side of his face. They then took his phone and ran down the hill in the direction of the skate park.

One of the attackers was described as white 15-year-old boy, wearing a blue baseball cap, grey tracksuit trousers and grey hoodie.

The other was white, aged 14-15, with black hair. He was wearing a black tracksuit fleece and black tracksuit trousers.

Police today released details of the attack, between 5.20pm and 5.40pm on Sunday, June 8.
