Comedian Josh Widdecombe has had to postpone a Kent show hours before he was due to take to the stage.
The star was set to perform at the Winter Gardens in Margate tonight but posted an apology on his social media.
"Very sorry to say my show in Margate is going to have to be postponed due to illness," he wrote.
"I am sorry for any inconvenience caused, I know it is really annoying.
"Tickets will be valid for the new date, Sunday, May 1, 2022."
Widdecombe is one of the most familiar voices in British comedy as host of the Last Leg and a panel show regular.
In his new stand-up tour Bit Much...he is making fun of middle class life with his take on first-world problems.
From jars of pesto to complaining about the local park, he jokes about his own life and the little things that really rile him up.
