More than 500 people descended on a new Clip 'n Climb centre for its opening weekend.
Visitors to the attraction at Westwood Retail Park in Broadstairs took on challenges including a seven-metre vertical drop slide, speed wall with timer and augmented gaming climbing wall.
Centre manager Tom Hickman greeted the first customers with a bottle of champagne and a goodie bag.
Also welcoming visitors was the Clip ‘n Climb mascot, Pip the Possum, who entertained the children and posed for photos with families.
Mr Hickman says he's thrilled to have been able to open the adrenaline-filled attraction in Thanet.
"Opening weekend was everything we hoped for and more," he said.
"Highlights included hosting our first birthday parties, seeing families and friends race up our walls and work together to reach high scores on ValoClimb.
"We look forward to another packed weekend of laughter, screams and the smell of pizza."
The all-weather climbing centre aims to provide a fun and safe space for the community to climb with the addition of an in-centre café, overlooking the climbing arena.
In the coming months more will be launched including toddler sessions, climbing sessions for SEN children, adult-only nights and an after school club.
