The Westwood Cross Summer Party kicks off at noon today.

Hosted by kmfm's Luke Gregory, there 'll be performances from The X Factor finalist Freddy Parker and Joe James from Rough Copy, along with Leonie Voss, Jack Rose and Nathan Grisdale.

And young performers will be showing off their skills in kmfm's search for some little stars.

Children aged five to 12 have applied to show off singing, acting and performing skills.

The winner will receive a £100 voucher to spend at the shopping centre.

The party will be from noon until 6pm at the Broadstairs retail park, outside Primark.
