Ramsgate: Clive Tobiere, 37, charged in connection with drug offences

A man has been charged in connection with drug offences after police stopped a car in the early hours of the morning last week.

Homeless Clive Tobiere, 37, was charged with three charges of possession of Class A drugs with intent to supply, a charge of possession of cannabis, a charge of driving while disqualified, and driving without insurance.

The charges relate to an incident in which police officers stopped a car in Queen Street, Ramsgate in the early hours of Thursday, November 9 and a quantity of drugs were recovered.

Mr Tobiere remains in custody and is due to appear at Canterbury Crown Court on Friday, December 8.
