Two attempted murder arrests after man, 45, stabbed at Birchington railway station

Two men have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a man was left fighting for his life after a stabbing.

The incident happened at Birchington railway station shortly after 1.15am today.

The victim, a 45-year-old man, was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.

British Transport Police confirmed this morning two men have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.
